Settings
You manage the settings as an administrator, under Settings. On the left is a list of sections, with a search field above it. On the right you edit the chosen section. Click Save after a change.
Switching features on and off
Section titled “Switching features on and off”Under Modules you switch parts of Awareness on or off for your whole organisation, such as the phishing test, the red-flag spotter, gamification, the leaderboard, the risk score and the calendar. A feature that is switched off disappears from the menu for everyone.
If someone still opens a page of a feature that is switched off, Awareness says that this feature is not available.
Branding and language
Section titled “Branding and language”Under Branding you give Awareness the look of your organisation:
- Organisation display name: the name shown at the top (at least 2 characters);
- the logo, as PNG, JPG or SVG of at most 5 MB;
- the colours, the font and the rounding of the buttons;
- the texts of the emails that Awareness sends.
Under Default language for this tenant, choose whether Awareness speaks Dutch or English by default. An employee can choose another language in their own profile. That choice wins.
Awareness sends invitations, reminders and reports by email. Under Email (SMTP) you set which mail server it uses. Enter your email address under Send test email and click Send to check that it works. Under Outbox you see which emails have been sent.
Roles and rights
Section titled “Roles and rights”Under Roles management you see which rights each role has. The built-in roles are fixed. You can create your own role with a name, a level and a selection of rights. What the built-in roles may do is described in the Tour.
Audit log
Section titled “Audit log”Under Audit log you see who changed what and when. Filter by user, action and period. The log shows 100 lines per page.
